Costs & Frequency

We do not charge for the Service, but message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan. Message frequency varies (e.g., order confirmations, shipping updates, cart reminders — up to 3 reminders per promotion). Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent

Your consent to receive autodialed marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. You may purchase our products without opting in to SMS communications.

Opt-Out / Help

Intellectual Property — Our License to You

Where applicable, contributions created for us are considered "works made for hire"; if not, you assign all intellectual-property rights in such contributions to GlucoZeal.

Prohibited Uses

Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal

If you sign up for a subscription, automatic renewal, or "Subscribe & Save" program, the following terms apply:

Recurring Charges

Your subscription will automatically renew at the price and frequency disclosed at the time of purchase, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at each renewal interval.

Cancellation — Easy & Simple

You may cancel your subscription at any time, in any of the following ways:

• Through your account settings on the Site (if available)

Timing of Cancellation

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel at least 3 business days before your next scheduled renewal date. Cancellations submitted after that window may apply to the following cycle.

Refunds on Subscriptions

Subscription orders are subject to our 60-Day Satisfaction Promise (see Section 11). Refunds for already-shipped subscription orders follow our standard Refund Policy.

Refund Policy — 60-Day Satisfaction Promise

All purchases from GlucoZeal are protected by our 60-Day Satisfaction Promise, counted from the date your order is delivered.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Support team within 60 days at support@glucozeal.com with the subject line "[PRIORITY SUPPORT] - Refund Request - Order #_____" and we will assist you with the return process.

How Refunds Work

• Refund requests require prior authorization (RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization) before any return is accepted;
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method;
• Approved refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer;
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable;
• Approved refunds may be subject to a return-processing fee of up to 15% to cover inspection, handling, and payment-processing costs.

Some products, promotional bundles, or special offers may have additional refund conditions clearly disclosed at the point of sale.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

The arbitrator shall have authority to determine arbitrability. Each party will bear its own fees and costs, unless the applicable rules or the arbitrator provide otherwise.

Class Action Waiver

Disputes may be resolved only on an individual basis. You may NOT act as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action or proceeding.

California Privacy Rights & CCPA Notice

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:

Severability

Without prior consent, we may still send electronic communications that are permitted under applicable law (such as transactional emails about your orders).

Entire Agreement
